NASC Staff Reunion Banquet

Please join us this summer to help celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the NASC Summer Leadership Workshop and the announcement of the new NASC Leadership Foundation - a 501(c)(3) that we are forming to ensure that the future of this great institution that you played a part in building will thrive for at least another 50 years.
ALL staff members - active and crusty - from all eras, are encouraged to join us in Wayne, America for an evening of celebration and re-connecting. Please help us spread the word by forwarding this invitation to other NASC staff veterans who may be interested in joining us.
You are encouraged to arrive as early as 1:00 pm on Friday 7/30. Workshop will be in full swing with delegates and active staff members spread out all over campus. The agenda for Crusties will be structured roughly as follows:
*Note that ALL of these events are optional and you may choose to attend any or all of them at your discretion:
FRIDAY 7/30
1:00 - 3:30 Cluster and Catch-Up
3:30 - 4:30 Update/Review of Modern-Day Curriculum & Traditions
4:30 - 6:00 Primp (clean yourself up for the banquet)
6:00 - 8:00 BANQUET (w/delegates)
8:00 - 10:00 Social Time (Delegates will be attending the Dance!)
10:30 - 11:30 Candles on the Hill (w/delegates. Relive the tradition!)
--- Delegates are expected to be on their floors at 11:30 and in their rooms by midnight. You are welcome to hang out on same-sex floors and then gather in the lower lobby of Bowen Hall.
SATURDAY 7/31
8:00 - 9:00 Staff Meeting/Breakfast (you are welcome to join us!)
9:00 - 9:30 Morning Jam (w/delegates)
9:30 - 10:00 Singing and Ice Breakers (w/delegates)
10:00 - 12:30 Live at the Crusty Corral (participate in a few staff activities pulled straight off the pages of the 2010 curriculum)
12:30 - 1:00 Closing Program (w/delegates)
1:00 - 2:00 Dorm check-out for delegates
2:00 - The Fire Spreads

Workshop is the same weekend as the Wayne County Fair so you should book early or plan to stay in Norfolk 25 minutes away if you'd like to stay in a hotel. A few dorm rooms will be available if you'd prefer to stay on campus with the rest of us. If you want to stay on campus, please contact one of of the organizers (below).

FAQs:
- Spouses/significant others are welcome to join us for any or all of the activities.
- Children are welcome to attend the Friday afternoon activities, banquet and closing slide show. A few staffers have volunteered to babysit during Candles on The Hill and the Saturday morning activities if you have your kids along but would like to participate.
- You do NOT need to register for any activities if you are an active member of staff this summer and are already scheduled to participate in 'shop 2010.
