Outstanding student leaders are always needed to serve as NASC State Officers. The State President, Vice President, and secretary are elected at the State Convention. All officers must be freshmen, sophomores, or juniors at an NASC member school and have characteristics of leadership and initiative. Chief responsibilities include participation in four Executive Board meetings (September, November, February, and April), as well as an orientation retreat; promotion of the state charity and service projects; and representating NASC at a state, regional, and national events.
